SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

CARDIO DRUMMING

Is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. Drum sticks will be provided, more than welcome to bring your own.

CHAIR YOGA

Will provide different methods to strethc your body and release your stress while sitting in a chair.

INDOOR CYCLING

A group exercise class using a stationary bikes. A low-impact, high intensity workout that is adaptable for all fitness levels and is a fantastic cardio workout! Water & towels are a must!

JOURNEY TO WELLNESS

Learn how to use the equipment in the Wellness Center along with lifting weights, proper form, and breathing.

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated or standing support.

Walking is a great form of exercise; join the club and walk laps in our gym no matter the weather.

YOGA

Yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in imporving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it belends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy to do." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

ADULT AQUATICS FITNESS PROGRAMS
ARTHRITIS CLASS

A program to improve flexibility, relieve pain and decreas stiffness with easy entry and exit of the pool.

WATER FITNESS

A conditioning program that works against the resistance of the water to increase strength and improve overall fitness.

DEEP WATER FITNESS

A deep water workout for all fitness levels. Enjoy a workout while suspended in the deep end of the pool with equipment to keep you afolat. The balanced workout includes a warm-up, aerobic, cool-down, strength, toning and flexibility. Intensity is easily adjusted for all levels of fitness.
