Unlimited Access for Y Members!

We offer three levels of water aerobics, high impact, intermediate, and arthritic classes. The high impact class is for someone who is in good physical shape and is looking for fast pace and challenging work out that will raise their heart rate and work both upper and lower body muscles. The intermediate class still provides a strong work out routine, however; it is done at a slower pace and is geared more towards someone who is just begining a quest for physical fitness. The arthritic class is designed to increase range of motion and flexibility at a slower pace. Each of these classes are 45 minutes in length and taught by certified instructor.

We now offer Aqua Yoga! The class will focus on balance, flexibility, strength, and breath work all in a warm water environment. No matter your exercise level or experience, Aqua Yoga is suitable and accessible to all people.
