Today is a Good Day to Join the Y!
On behalf of the Board of Director’s and staff we invite you to visit either of our 2 locations to see what is new! We are committed to serving our community. In fact, one in five local residents is a member of our Y!
People who haven’t been in the Y over the last several years are amazed with the changes. So…what’s new?

We now offer 120 pieces of cardio, including: Treadmills, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Elliptical Machines, Versa Climbers, Jacobs Ladders, Concept II Rowers, Stairmasters, Marpo Kinetic Rope Climbing Machines, Expresso Bikes, and Spinning Bikes.
For those who want to strengthen and tone their muscles, we offer several state-of-the-art weight options, including Cybex Eagle, a line of equipment considered by most experts to be the finest equipment available anywhere. We also have a room filled with Body Building and Power Lifting equipment that will rival any free-weight room in the State of Idaho.
140 Programs and Classes are available weekly at no additional charge, including: Cardio Conditioning, Kickboxing, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Kettlebells, Circuit Training, “Ab”solute, Turbo Kick, Zumba Gold, Triple Threat Step Class, Spinning, 30/30, Senior Exercise, Gut & Butt Plus, Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, Community Yoga, Power Yoga, and PiYo…and that’s just for adults. For kids, we offer: Skip, Hop, and Jump, Cardio Kids, Healthy Bellies, Kid Power, Fit Games, Kids Drums, and Racquetball. Numerous options are available for kids and adults in our 2 pools as well, including: Splash Games, Aqua Zumba, Shallow Water Fitness, and many others.
Everyone can afford the Y! We take pride that membership and programs are available to everyone. Throughout the year we offer fundraising events and an annual campaign designed to raise funds to ensure that we don’t have to turn away anyone due to an inability to pay. Over the course of last year, over 700 individuals participated in YMCA membership, learn-to-swim programs or other
programs as a result of our financial assistance program. We invite all people to visit the Y… to see what’s new… and to join our growing family!

The YMCA “Youth Activities Center”
Everyone wants their child to do well in school and so does the YMCA. There is a direct correlation between exercise and academic achievement. The Y offers kid’s fitness classes every day… and the Youth Activities Center (YAC) at the E Street Y is an interactive fitness arcade for youth 6-12 yrs. We’ve now expanded our youth programs to include helping with children’s homework, artistic exploration, Crazy Science, and other youth enrichment programs.
